How to give your IBAN to SFR
Go to the sfr.fr website.
Click “Espace Client” (Customer area).
Log in to your account.
Go to the “Profil” (Profile) section, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Voir vos infos perso” (See your personal information).
Scroll down to the “Facturation” (Billing) section and click “Coordonnées bancaires” (Bank details).
Click the “Modifier” (Edit) button and choose your payment method.
Enter your new IBAN / BIC and click “Continuer” (Continue).
To confirm the change, enter the code you received and confirm it.
Confirm the change of bank details.
Well done, you have changed your IBAN! 🎉
Your PCS card comes with a French IBAN: download your bank details (RIB) from your “My account” area or the MyPCS app.
