How to give your IBAN to Free
Go to the portail.free.fr website and click “Espace client” (Customer area).
Log in to your account.
Click the three lines at the top right.
Click “Mon abonnement” (My subscription).
Scroll down to the “Consulter/Modifier mon compte bancaire pour les prélèvements” (View/Change my bank account for direct debits) section.
Click the “Modifier mon compte bancaire” (Change my bank account) button.
Enter your new PCS IBAN.
Click “Enregistrer mes coordonnées” (Save my details).
Well done, you have changed your IBAN! 🎉
Your PCS card comes with a French IBAN: download your bank details (RIB) from your “My account” area or the MyPCS app.
