CreaCard SA offers rechargeable prepaid Mastercard® payment solutions through its Prepaid Cash Services “PCS” brand.

Since the harmonisation of European financial law, and in particular the entry into force of the SEPA regulation in November 2009, a company that complies with the legal framework and its requirements can market payment cards. With more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, the CreaCard team partnered with a specialist financial institution and Mastercard® to offer its prepaid solutions through its dedicated platform.

Product innovation

PCS Mastercard® payment cards are available without a bank account and with no commitment, and can be used to pay and withdraw cash across the entire Mastercard® network worldwide. Since its launch, the range has grown to better meet our customers' needs: Absolut, Black, Chrome and Virtual Card.

Distribution

More than 650,000 users have trusted us since our launch in 2010, and our products are sold through a network of more than 35,000 retailers.

Security

Because security matters to us, all PCS Mastercard® cards are secured:

• A personal PIN code known only to you, to be kept safe.
• Protection of the funds you load: your money is safeguarded in a ring-fenced escrow account with our issuer. This money is not used for speculation; this is a legal requirement.
• The option to block your card: the money is not physically on the PCS card. If you lose it, simply block the card to recover your balance.

Services for businesses

CreaCard is also a Programme Manager and offers businesses customised management solutions with PCS Pro: tailor-made prepaid programmes and services (white label), the Corporate card to manage expense claims and recover VAT, and the Incentive card to reward employees, customers or partners.
