How to give your IBAN to France Travail
So that your benefits can be paid securely, you must send France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi) your bank or postal account details (RIB or RIP), either when you register or later by post or by dropping them off at your France Travail agency.
- You must be the holder or joint holder of this account: your benefits cannot be paid into someone else's account.
- Benefits can only be paid into another person's account under a legal protection measure (guardianship or curatorship). To find out how to submit a power of attorney, contact your France Travail adviser.
- You can ask to change your bank details at any time by sending your new RIB or RIP by post or by dropping it off at your France Travail agency.
- Foreign bank details may be accepted: contact your France Travail adviser to find out what formalities are required.
Your PCS card comes with a French IBAN: download your bank details (RIB) from your “My account” area or the MyPCS app. Receiving your benefits is free.
