How to give your IBAN to EDF
Go to the particulier.edf.fr website and click “Espace client” (Customer area) at the top right.
Click “Me connecter” (Log in).
Log in to your account.
Click “Espace client” (Customer area) at the top right.
Click “Mes paiements” (My payments).
Click “Mettre à jour” (Update).
Click “Mon nouvel IBAN” (My new IBAN).
Enter your details, tick “J’atteste être le titulaire ou le co-titulaire du contrat EDF” (I certify that I am the holder or joint holder of the EDF contract), then click “Valider” (Confirm).
Well done, you have changed your IBAN! 🎉
Your PCS card comes with a French IBAN: download your bank details (RIB) from your “My account” area or the MyPCS app.
