Access to the MyPCS app grants you a private, non-exclusive right to use this app. All illustrations, photographs and other documents in the app are the property of CreaCard SA or are used with the permission of their owners, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Any fraudulent use of the app's content is strictly prohibited. CreaCard SA informs you that it will make full use of its intellectual property rights to bring proceedings, including criminal proceedings, if necessary.

4. App unavailability

CreaCard SA undertakes to use its best efforts to ensure that the app is accessible to users at all times. CreaCard SA cannot be held liable if the app is unavailable, for whatever reason.
