How do I activate a PCS Incentive card?

To activate your card and get your PIN code, send the following text message: the letters PIN followed by a space, then the last 8 digits of your PCS card, to 07 50 01 00 00.

How do I create an account with a PCS Pro card?

Once your card has been activated by text message, create your customer area: click “Log in” at the top right, then “First login”. Have the mobile phone you used to activate your card to hand and follow the instructions.

How long is my PCS Pro card valid?

Our cards are valid for 2 years and are renewable.

I have lost or forgotten my customer area access code

You can change your access code by clicking “Forgotten username or secret code” directly from your login page.

What are the “management fees”?

Management fees are the fees for maintaining your PCS Pro account. The list of fees is set out in our terms of use (French).

How do I change my postal address or mobile number?

If you have changed your postal address or phone number, contact the company that gave you your card. Once validated, our teams will update your information.

How long does it take to receive my card?

Cards are sent by post to the address provided, within about ten working days of their creation date.
