The Competition is open throughout the Affaire de Cadeaux fair, directly at our stand. To enter, Participants must fill in an online form.
Only one entry per individual is accepted for the whole duration of the Competition. Entry is strictly personal and may not be made under one or more pseudonyms and/or with several email addresses.
All entries must be fair. It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the terms of the Competition.
The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out, directly or indirectly, any checks necessary to verify by any means the information provided (in particular identity, age, email address, and the fairness and sincerity of the entry) before accepting the award of any Prize(s), which each Participant expressly accepts.
Entries from people who have not provided their full contact details and identity, or who have provided them inaccurately or falsely, cannot be validated, nor can entries from people who refuse the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them that is strictly necessary to manage the Competition.
More generally, anyone whose entry does not meet the conditions and characteristics set out in these Rules will be excluded from the Competition and will not be entitled to any Prize(s). Simply taking part in this competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules and of the PCS general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 4 – Principle and terms of the competition
4.1 Principle of the competition
The Competition works on the principle of chance: one person will be chosen by computer from all entries. One flyer equals one entry. Like any commercial lottery, this Competition is governed by chance and each participant must respect its spirit and its rules.
4.2 How to enter
To enter and try to win one of the Prizes, the Participant must answer 3 questions and give their contact details in the online form.
Winners will be contacted by email 7 days after the end of the Competition, confirming their prize and how to claim it. Any winner who does not reply within 10 working days of receiving the email will be deemed to have waived it.
Article 5 – Prizes
The following Prizes (the “Prize(s)”) are offered during the Competition period, and may be of one of the following two types:
- “Physical” Prize: a PCS Incentive card (3 to be won, indicative retail value per unit incl. VAT: €15*);
- “Digital” Prize: a direct top-up of €500 (3 to be won, indicative retail value per unit incl. VAT: €500).
* The value given for the Prizes corresponds to the estimated public price incl. VAT at the date these rules were written. It is given for information only and may vary.
An email will tell the winner how to collect their Prize.
Article 6 – Awarding of prizes
To collect each Prize, an email will be sent to the participant from 7 days after the end of the Competition.
To collect “Physical” Prizes, you must provide the same email address as the one given when entering the Competition, as well as a valid mobile phone number and postal address for the card to be created.
Providing incorrect information will prevent the winner from receiving their “Physical” Prize.
Prizes cannot be received in any form other than that provided for in these Rules. Under no circumstances may the winner ask for the Prize awarded by the Organising Company to be exchanged for its cash value, or exchanged or replaced by another Prize.
The Organising Company reserves the right to change the nature of the Prize won and replace it with a prize of equivalent value in the event of force majeure. Force majeure means any event beyond its control that could not reasonably have been foreseen when organising this Competition and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code and case law.
The Prize cannot be disputed, exchanged or replaced. Travel, insurance, transport costs, taxes, and administrative and banking formalities relating to the enjoyment of the Prize remain the winner's responsibility.
Delivery of the Prize, although carried out in the winner's best interests, is at the recipient's own risk. Any complaints must be made by the recipient directly to the companies that handled the delivery.
Details regarding “Physical” Prizes: the Physical Prize will be sent within two (2) to three (3) weeks of the end of the Competition, by tracked letter, to the postal address given by the winner by email. Dispatch of the Prize will be notified to the winner at the email address provided when creating their “My account” area.
Details regarding the “Digital” Prize (€500 top-up): the top-up will be made to the winner's PCS Incentive card within two (2) to three (3) weeks of the end of the Competition, subject to full prior verification of their identity (KYC “Know Your Customer” procedure).
Article 7 – Non-compliant entries and fraud
Any entry that does not comply with these Rules cannot be taken into account and will result in the entry being void and, consequently, the cancellation of any Prize won. The same applies if it appears that fraud of any kind and from any source has occurred in connection with entering the Competition and/or selecting the winners. In the event of suspected fraud or unfair participation, the Organising Company reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems useful and to take legal action against anyone who has cheated, defrauded, rigged or disrupted the proper running of the Competition, and more generally the operations described in these Rules, or attempted to do so. The Organising Company reserves the right whether or not to reallocate the Prize to another Participant.
The information and contact details provided by the Participant must be valid and truthful, failing which they will be excluded from the Competition and, where applicable, lose their status as a winner.
It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the mechanics of the Competition, in particular to change its results or unfairly influence the selection of winners.
The Organising Company reserves the right to exclude, disqualify or invalidate the prize of anyone who does not fully comply with the Rules, and may decide to cancel the Competition if it appears that fraud of any kind has occurred.
The Organising Company alone decides whether to exclude the Participants concerned based on the information in its possession. In the event of a penalty or complaint, it is up to Participants to prove that they behaved in accordance with these Rules. The Organising Company cannot be held liable in this respect.
