First of all, in order to receive a bank statement/IBAN your profile must be 100% verified (you must be premium), i.e. you must have successfully passed all verification steps (validated ID, verified postal address or liveness detection). It's free!
- From mypcs.com: go to your "My account" space and then to the "Get my IBAN/bank statement" tab
- From your MyPCS mobile app: go to the "Reload" tab then to "Transfer" then click on "Get my bank statement".
