From mypcs.com or your mobile app, click on "Forgot username or password".
Then enter EITHER your card number located on the front of the card OR your PCSID located on the back of the card below the barcode AND your mobile number.

To reset them, you will need :
- Your card number or the barcode number (PCSID) located on the back of your card
- The mobile number associated with your card
- The answer to your secret question
If you have changed your phone number, please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your ID and a corresponding invoice with your new mobile number. We will update your information.
