I can't connect to the MyPCS app, what should I do?

If you can't use your MyPCS mobile application, here are some things to check:

  • Do you have the new MyPCS Mobile application?
    We have recently released a new application, make sure you are using the right one.
  • Are your login details correct?
    It is possible that you have forgotten your password or username.
    To get new ones, click on "Forgot your username or password".

If your login details are correct and you are using the new MyPCS Mobile application, contact our customer service department on 0 811 880 200 to have your card diagnosed.
