How do I open a PCS Pro account?

Before the programme can be created, the company must first be approved by Mastercard and our electronic money issuer (KYB process). The KYB (“Know Your Business”) process requires you to send the documents needed to open a business account.

Can I subscribe to several PCS Pro offers?

You can absolutely subscribe to several solutions, for example PCS Incentive + PCS Corporate, or choose several offers within the same solution (two PCS Incentive programmes, for example). For more information, contact our teams via our contact form.

Is there a minimum number of cards to order?

The minimum number of cards is set on quote. For more information, fill in our contact form or see our prices.

How do I access my manager area?

Click “Log in” at the top of the page to access your business area, then enter your email address and password.

How do I fund my account and top up my cards?

You can top up your customer account (“e-wallet”) by simple bank transfer: download your IBAN from your area, add it to your beneficiaries at your bank, then make the transfer.
