Transfers are processed the day they arrive. If a transfer arrives after 5pm, it will be processed the next day. Our services credit your transfers as soon as possible.

The time between the issuance of a transfer and its receipt on your card can vary from 2 to 4 working days depending on the bank.

For security reasons, it may happen that a verification of a transfer is performed.
If this is the case, you will receive an email to which you will have to reply so that the processing can continue.
