The delivery times of our cards are :

• For an embossed card (personalized card with your name): 14 working days
• For an express card: 48 working hours (e.g. a card ordered on Friday is shipped the following Monday).

If you have not received your card within the timeframe indicated above, contact us at 0 811 880 200 or via the contact form.

We will ask you to provide:

• Your first and last name
• The phone number you provided when you placed your order
• The reference, the exact date and the delivery address of your order
