To thank your for your loyalty, PCS offers you to renew your card for free.
To do so, you need to:
- Connect to your "My account" space. Renewal is available 1 month before the card expiry date. The expiry date is located on the back of it.
- Then click on the "Renew my card" button.
3. Our team will be informed of your desire to renew your card and will send you your new card, under your name, between the 15th and 30th of the month of expiry.
Be careful and check that your home adress is the right one in order to receive your card at home!
Example: the expiry date of your card is 09/22. At the begining of September, you will then be able to ask for a renewal.
