- How do I activate my PCS Black?
To activate your card and get your PIN code, simply send the following text: the letters PIN followed by a space, then the last 8 digits on your PCS card to 06 01 78 78 78.

- I have lost my PCS Black
We are offering you the option to replace your lost card for the sum of €10. To do so, send us a request by email to contact@creacard.net or by phone to 0 811 880 200.
You will receive your new card, personalised with your name, within 10 working days.
Don't forget to let us know if you have changed your adress since your previous order!
For more safety, if you ever lose your card, we advise you to lock it from your "My account" space on mypcs.com or via the mobile app. A locked card can no longer be used.
- How do I lock/unlock my PCS Black?
Are you not going to use your card for a while? For more safety, remember to lock it!
From your mobile app: go to the "Card" menu and in the "Features" section check the "Lock card" option. This option is free, instant and unlimited.
You don't have an Internet access? You can also lock your card by text message by sending the following tex message: VERR followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card to 06 01 78 78 78.

- How to get your PIN code?
get your PIN code, simply send the following text: the letters PIN followed by a space, then the last 8 digits on your PCS card to 06 01 78 78 78.
Example: PIN 12345678
Be careful, your new PIN code will be sent to the phone number with which you have activated your PCS card. If you have changed your phone number, send us an email at contact@creacard.net with a scan of your ID and an invoice corresponding to your new phone number.
Keep your PIN code safely. For each new request, a 20 cents cost will be taken.
