The PCSID is an identifiction number of your PCS card.
Indeed, the information of a payment card is sensitive and confidential, so we have created this identification number, the PCSID, so that we never have to ask you for your card number when you communicate with our customer service.
The PCSID is located at the back of your card, just below the bar code. It always starts with: 2000.
