Yes, if you are banned from having a bank account, you can absolutely get a PCS card.
You will be able to benefit from a PCS prepaid payment card, it will allow you to pay online and in store but also to receive transfers thanks to a RIB / IBAN in your name.
The only requirement to obtain a PCS prepaid card is to have a valid ID.
Accepted IDs are:
- European national identity cards
- Passports of all nationalities
- Residence permits
- French driving licenses
