I have been a victim of a fraud, what can I do?

If you have been a victim of a PCS card scam, please go to the police station as soon as possible and file a complaint.

If you notice an anomaly on your PCS card, contact Customer Service at 0 811 880 200.

We inform you that:

  • Only fraudulent payments over €50 can be disputed for a refund.
  • Transactions carried out with the card and the secret code, such as withdrawals and payments by Eftpos terminals, cannot be contested. If you notice an irregularity in a transaction, contact Customer Service on 0 811 880 200.
