Most of the time, the identity verification fails due to the quality of the photo.
Make sure:
- To take photos of your documents in a place with sufficient light and on a flat surface to avoid reflections.
- That your identity document is fully visible
- That the identity document used is accepted (passport, European identity card, French driver's license, residence permit).
From the MyPCS mobile app, make sure:
- That nothing hides your face
- That the lens of the phone is at eye level
- To be alone in the selfie
Sometimes, after several tries, the verification fails.
Do not worry, our teams will take over manually and get back to you to ask for additional elements or validate your verification.
