When you purchase a PCS card, you are not signing a contract, so you have no commitment to PCS.
If for any reason you decide to stop using your PCS card, simply cut it into several pieces and throw it away (this will prevent it from falling into the wrong hands and being used without you knowing).
If you still have funds on your card, there are several options available to you:
- Call our customer service at 0811 880 200 and they will transfer your balance to the account of your choice.
- Withdraw the remaining amount at an ATM or make some final purchases with your card.
