Rest assured, PCS, a Creacard brand, is a French company and has no connection with PCSIL, an Irish payment service provider. Therefore, our operations in France will undoubtedly continue.

Since January 18th 2024, our provider PCSIL (PFS Card Services Ireland Limited) has prevented us from opening new accounts. However, reloading via vouchers, transfers, credit cards, and PCS card-to-card transfers remains possible!

If your account has not been blocked by PCSIL, you can continue to use your card for recharges, in-store and online payments, withdrawals or to send and receive transfers.

Since January 27th 2024, reloading by voucher is now restored. You can once again reload your vouchers onto your PCS card. All vouchers in your possession are now usable.

You can reload your card through bank transfer, credit card, and PCS card-to-card transfer (tax-free). Your funds remain protected and secure: you have easy access to all your transactions.

We have temporarily suspended the sale of our cards to change our payment service provider.

If you want to renew or replace your card, you can do so without issues from your « my account » space. As a reminder, card renewal is free.

Social security benefits are being deposited into accounts upon receipt.

Transfers are not affected by our provider’s situation. Transfers are credited upon receipt.

You can be notified of a transfer’s arrival by activating notifications in the settings of the MY PCS app. The processing time for a transfer depends on how it was initiated. Generally, the reception time is 24 to 48 hours. However, some organizations, like the CAF, schedule all their payments for D+7. Please note that PCS does not handle instant transfers.

If you are unable to lock or unlock your card from your « my account » space, we invite you to do so via SMS by sending VERR – to lock it or DEVER – to unlock it, followed by a space and the last four digits of your card to :
