As a reminder, the Virtual Card is a dematerialized card<\/strong> (it is not physical) and can therefore only be used for online payments<\/strong>. It is therefore normal that you do not receive a physical card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It consists of a bank card number, a validity date and a CVV code, just like a physical card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to use your card online, the numbers of your Virtual card are available in your “My account” space.
