To activate your card and get your PIN code, simply send the following text: the letters PIN <\/strong>followed by a space, then the last 8 digits <\/strong>on your PCS card to 07 50 50 55 05<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Example: PIN 12345678<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n We are offering you the option to replace your lost card for the sum of \u20ac10. To do so, send us a request by email to contact@creacard.net<\/a> or by phone to 0 811 880 200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will receive your new card, personalised with your name, within 10 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Don’t forget to let us know if you have changed your adress since your previous order!<\/p>\n\n\n\n For more safety, if you ever lose your card, we advise you to lock it from your “My account” space on mypcs.com or via the mobile app. A locked card can no longer be used.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Are you not going to use your card for a while? For more safety, remember to lock it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n From your mobile app:<\/em><\/strong> go to the “Card” menu and in the “Features” section check the “Lock card” option.
