How is it working?
Once your ID has been uploaded, a message will inform you that a confidential code has been sent by letter.
As soon as you receive it in your mailbox, go back to your "My account" space and then to "Check my identity" and enter the confidential code in the box provided for this purpose
What to do if I haven't received the code?
Simply click on the "Generate a new code" button and check your mailbox in the following days.
