Using my card abroad
Once your ID has been validated, your card can be used abroad on the entire Mastercard network. Outside the Euro zone, currency exchange fees apply.
How to challenge a transaction?
If you notice an irregularity on a transaction, contact Customer Service at 0 811 880 200.
Please note that only fraudulent payments over €50 can be challenged for a refund.
Transactions carried out with the card and the secret code, such as withdrawals and payments by Eftpos terminals, cannot be contested.
